Payment Options
Urgent Care of Jupiter Farms accepts most major health insurance plans; however, coverage may vary depending on your specific plan. We recommend consulting your insurance provider to confirm your benefits and coverage details.
If your insurance plan is not accepted, we offer affordable self-pay rates. Our base self-pay rate is $150, with additional costs for any extra services provided. Before treatment, we can provide a reasonable estimate of costs, along with information about available discounts or financial assistance options.
Insurance & Billing Process
Our staff will verify your insurance coverage before or during your visit. Most insurance plans require a co-payment at the time of service. After billing your insurance, we will send you a statement for any remaining balance.
Pay Your Bill
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payments are processed within 24 hours.
For billing inquiries, please contact our billing office. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly.

At Jupiter Farms Urgent Care, we ensure a straightforward and transparent billing process for our patients.
- The payment card on file will only be charged if there is a remaining balance after insurance has been billed and processed.
- In no case will your card be charged more than $150 per visit. If your total patient responsibility exceeds this amount, a separate bill will be issued.
- You will receive an email notification 10 days prior to any additional charge being processed on your payment card. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at registration to receive these notifications.
- If you prefer to pay using a different method, you may contact our billing department before the charge is processed.
- If insurance covers your visit in full, your card will not be charged, and no additional billing statements will be sent.
Self -pay patients
Self-pay patients must pay the minimum base rate of $150 upfront before receiving services. Additional services may incur additional costs, which will be communicated before treatment.
Payment Policy
- At the time of your visit, all patients are required to pay their applicable copay, deductible, and/or coinsurance.
- To ensure a smooth and efficient billing process, patients must either:
- Provide a payment card on file, or
- Make a $100 minimum deposit at check-in.
- The payment card on file will only be charged if there is an outstanding balance after insurance has been processed.

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
No appointment needed! We welcome walk-ins during business hours. However, to save time, we recommend scheduling your visit online.
How much does a visit cost without insurance?
We offer transparent and affordable pricing for self-pay patients:
- Standard Urgent Care Visit: $150
- Additional Services: Some treatments, such as X-rays or lab tests, may have separate charges.

Yes! We have on-site X-ray services for fast and accurate diagnosis of injuries. No need for an extra trip to a radiology center.
What should I bring to my visit?
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please bring:
- A valid photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.)
- Your insurance card (if using insurance)
- A list of current medications
- Payment method (for self-pay visits or copays)
